A number looks wrong

Tell us right away. Share the result from the app (it includes the inputs) and send it with a note on what you expected. Until you hear back, go with your own math and your company's procedures.

Free calculations

Everyone gets three free calculations. A calculation counts when its result shows. Settings in the app shows how many you have left. Wellbores, saved jobs, and settings stay open whether or not you subscribe.

Restore a purchase

On a new phone, or after deleting the app, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Cancel or change a subscription

On your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews to avoid the next charge. Apple handles all billing, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Moving to a new phone

Wellbores and saved jobs are stored on the phone. They move over when you set up the new phone from an iCloud or computer backup. Then restore your purchase as above.

iPhone or iPad with iOS 27 or later. The calculators work with no signal.
